  • Job: Account Manager, Independent Contractor, Remote Role - Boulder, Colorado

    We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The primary objective of this role will be to realize company sales goals by creating and cultivating B2B customer relationships within the promotional products and corporate event industries.

    *This is an independent contractor position, and will transition to a employee role in January 2023

    **This position is remote, yet candidates based in Colorado are preferred

    Salary: 55-60k + Quarterly Bonuses *variable based on experience

    Responsibilities:

    Represent the Hexa Custom brand by managing and growing accounts to realize and exceed company KPI’s

    Provide timely and accurate information to assigned accounts by phone, email and web regarding programs, styles, inventory, pricing, shipping, order status and sales related policy and procedures

    Anticipate and resolve customer issues while providing a prompt, elite level of service

    Provide a consultative selling approach to create effective customer solutions

    Supply customers with seasonal presentations, new product information, samples and marketing materials to suggest outerwear solutions catered to their client needs

    Revenue Goal: representative must achieve their revenue goal 9 out of 12 months annually

    Prepare and communicate quotes provide pricing structures to drive repetitive revenue

    Effectively utilize merchandising skills to upsell and position Hexa Custom’s competitive advantages regarding products and services

    Initiate and attend in-person industry and end-user trade shows, events and meetings

    Manage administrative aspects of the job including but not limited to weekly reporting, 30 day calendar management, sales funnel management, program registration and renewal, CRM reporting, program proposal tracking. Completes all administrative work accurately and meets all deadlines.

    Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional support teams to drive a positive and professional work environment

    Qualifications and Attributes:

    Bachelor's degree/ College Diploma required, preferably in business.

    3+ years of customer or sales experience, preferably in a Business to Business (B2B) environment and/or the promotional products industry

    Account management experience is an asset

    Superior client relationship skills and highly developed follow-up skills

    Detail-oriented with outstanding problem solving and negotiation skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Ability to multitask while adjusting to changing priorities

    Ability to present and interact virtually with customers on web-based platforms (Zoom etc)

    Highly proficient computer skills, including e-mail, and Google Workspace.

    Possess a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and opportunities that yield the greatest results

    Comfortable living in the “gray” and understand the need to approach each situation individually

    We are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The primary objective of this role will be to realize company goals by providing administrative support to our internal sales team, clients and end-consumers.

    Salary: 40-45k *variable based on experience

    Core Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    PRE-SALE

    Receive and assign general inquiries/sales opportunities

    Learn industry/company strategy on presentations, pricing, logistics

    Insert products and pricing selected by the sales into the provided template and/or microsite

    Place and track all orders through to client delivery

    Coordinate with corporate staff as needed (Factory, Sales, Finance, etc.)

    Work with creative team for the completion of production-ready art

    PRODUCTION

    Enter and track new orders

    Contact factory to understand PO progress and communicate status to client

    Send and Receive client approval or client request for revisions on proofs for all orders

    Obtain the shipping date and notify the client of the shipping date

    Maintain contact with factory regarding the order, for address changes, changes in in-hands date, etc.

    Share tracking information with the client; confirm delivery

    Ensure invoice accuracy

    Notify Sales lead of any problems or issues with the order – provide resolution suggestions

    POST-SALE

    Communicate tracking information to clients, sales team

    Facilitate customer satisfaction survey

    GENERAL

    Support various internal team as necessary during off-season

    Assist with general office duties as needed per assignment from office

    Travel to support the sales team as necessary

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; think critically; manage multiple priorities with varying deadlines

    Possess superior customer service skills.

    Must be highly detail-oriented and very organized with the ability to adapt to a changing environment while following tasks through to completion.

    Reliable, positive, and professional attitude.

    Proactive with a team-player outlook.

    Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality

    Excellent phone skills with strong email and writing etiquette.

    Proficient computer skills, especially Google Suite and Quickbooks is a plus

    Comfortable living in the “gray” and understand the need to prioritize for the greatest results

    Ability to succeed in a startup environment

    Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

    1+ year of administrative and/or customer service experience

    Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent required

    Associate or BA/BS degree preferred
